Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsIf the Commission approves an arrangement or agreement between a licensee and another person, the other person and the other person's conduct in relation to the business operated under the licence is subject to:
(a) the provisions of this Act applicable to the licensee and the licensee's conduct; and
(b) any conditions imposed on the person by the Commission.
