Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Commission consists of 6 members, including a Chair and Deputy Chair, appointed by the Minister by Gazette notice.
(2) A person must be eligible under section 19 to be appointed and hold office as a member.
(3) The exercise of the powers or the performance of the functions of the Commission is not affected by reason only of a vacancy in the office of a member.
