Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A wagering licensee must immediately record any wager accepted by the licensee by means of a document, equipment, device or service.
(2) Any wager paid out to a person by an on-course bookmaker licensee must be recorded immediately on the same document, equipment, device or service as the wager.
