Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) Until a seized thing is forfeited or returned, the Director must permit the following persons to inspect it and, in the case of a document, to make copies of it at all reasonable times:
(a) the person from whom the thing was seized;
(b) the owner of the thing;
(c) a person entitled to possess the thing;
(d) a person authorised by a person referred to in paragraphs (a) to (c).
(2) The Director is not required to permit inspection or copying under subsection (1) if it is impracticable or unreasonable.
