Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsA court that finds a person guilty of an offence against this Act may, in addition to any penalty imposed for the offence, impose a penalty not exceeding 10% of the maximum penalty units applicable to the offence for each day the offence continues after the first day the offence is committed.
