Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered ActsEvidence that a person was present at a place where wagering is being conducted, or was conducted, contrary to this Act is evidence that the person was present for the purpose of:
(a) wagering contrary to this Act; or
(b) taking part in the organisation or management of wagering contrary to this Act; or
(c) operating or using any thing used in connection with wagering contrary to this Act.
