Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Minister must review this Act to determine whether the policy objectives of the Act remain valid and whether the provisions of this Act remain appropriate for securing those objectives.
(2) The review must be completed within 3 years after the date of commencement of this Act.
(3) A report on the outcome of the review is to be tabled in the Legislative Assembly within 12 months after the review is completed.
