Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person holding office as a betting inspector under section 22(1) or a totalizator inspector under section 120(1) of the repealed Act, immediately before the commencement, is taken to be an inspector appointed under section 32 of this Act in accordance with the terms and conditions of their appointment.
(2) An identity card issued to a betting inspector under section 22(2) or a totalizator inspector under section 120(2) of the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be an identity card issued under section 36 of this Act.
