RACING AND WAGERING ACT 2024 (NO 8 OF 2024) - SECT 40

Cooling off period

For a period of 6 months after the day a person's appointment as the Director or an inspector ends:

    (a)     the person must not work for a licensee; and

    (b)     a licensee must not obtain work from the person.
