Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) If the Commission is a race control body, the Commission may, by written notice, require a race club within its jurisdiction to pay to it reasonable fees to meet the expenses of services rendered by the Commission to the race club.
(2) The fees may be required from time to time and must be paid within the times specified by the Commission in the notice.
