Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The administrator is liable for any loss the race club incurs because of the administrator's fraud, dishonesty, negligence or intentional failure to comply with this Act or the constitution of the race club.
(2) An administrator is not liable for any loss incurred by a race club, other than under subsection (1), but must account for the loss in the report under section 73 (4).
