Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Chair of the Tribunal has the power to do anything necessary or convenient to be done for, or in connection with the administration of the affairs of the Tribunal and the performance of the Chair's functions.
(2) The Chair presides at all hearings of the Tribunal.
(3) The Deputy Chair has the powers and performs the functions of the Chair when:
(a) there is a vacancy in the office of the Chair; or
(b) the Chair is unable to exercise the powers or perform the functions of the Chair.
