SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ACT 2007 (NO 19 OF 2007) - SECT 64

    (1)     The Ombudsman must make a written report to the Minister at
6-monthly intervals on the results of each inspection under section 63.

    (2)     The Minister must, within 7 sitting days after receiving a report, table a copy of it in the Legislative Assembly.
