SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ACT 2007 (NO 19 OF 2007) - SECT 77

    (1)     The Administrator may make regulations under this Act.

    (2)     The regulations may:

    (a)     prescribe fees payable under this Act; and

    (b)     for an offence against the regulations, prescribe a fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
