SEX INDUSTRY ACT 2019 (NO 40 OF 2019) - SECT 17

Body corporate may appoint nominee

If an operator of a sex services business is a body corporate, the operator may nominate one or more individuals with day-to-day control of the business to be a nominee of the operator.
