Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A party to a registered training contract may apply to the CEO for the CEO to resolve a dispute between the parties to the contract relating to an obligation of a party under the contract.
(2) If an application is made under subsection (1), the CEO must, as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving the application, attempt to resolve the dispute.
