TOBACCO CONTROL LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO 40 OF 2014) - SECT 17

Section 17

repeal, insert

17     Price discounting not to be advertised

A person commits an offence if:

    (a)     the person engages in price discounting of a product; and

    (b)     the product is a tobacco product; and

    (c)     the person advertises the price discounting of the product.

Maximum penalty:     20 penalty units.
