TOBACCO CONTROL LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2014 (NO 40 OF 2014) - SECT 30

Section 45

repeal, insert

45     False identification

A person commits an offence if:

    (a)     the person uses photographic identification; and

    (b)     the photographic identification is false or belongs to another person; and

    (c)     the person does so with intent to obtain a tobacco product.

Maximum penalty:     20 penalty units.
