Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if a police officer believes on reasonable grounds that a person:
(a) is committing an offence under section 14 or 2017_17543.html#_Ref472517307">15 ; or
(b) is likely to commit an offence under section 14 or 2017_17543.html#_Ref472517348">15 .
(2) The police officer may seize and remove any object, material, information, document, poster, picture or recording that was used, or is about to be used, in relation to an offence as mentioned in subsection (1).
