Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) In determining the criminal liability of a company for an offence against this Act, conduct of an officer, agent or employee acting within the actual or apparent scope of his or her authority or employment will be imputed to the company.
(2) If the officer, agent or employee acted intentionally, recklessly or negligently, the intention, recklessness or negligence will also be imputed to the company.
