Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) On a review, the review committee will allow the applicant and other persons directly affected by the decision under review an opportunity to make representations orally or in writing to the committee.
(2) At the conclusion of the review, the review committee may confirm or revoke the decision under review and give appropriate consequential directions.
(3) A review committee must give written reasons for its decision on a review.
