AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY CHEMICALS (CONTROL OF USE) REGULATIONS (NO 22 OF 2005) - SCHEDULE 2

Regulation 16

PERSONS AUTHORISED TO HAVE POSSESSION OF AND USE RESTRICTED CHEMICAL PRODUCTS

A restricted chemical product containing bifenthrin or chlorpyrifos	A person who is licensed or otherwise authorised by or under the Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Act to have possession of and use the product
A restricted chemical product containing sodium monofluoroacetate (1080)	1.     A person –     (a)     who has successfully completed a training course in handling the product approved by the Parks and Wildlife Commission; and     (b)     whose possession and use of the product is in accordance with the standard operating procedures for the product developed by the Commission 2.     A person who has possession of and uses the product under the direction of a person referred to in item 1
A restricted chemical product containing endosulfan	A person who is authorised under an S7 authorisation to have possession of and use the product
A restricted chemical product containing pindone	A conservation officer under the Territory Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act
