CITY OF DARWIN BY-LAWS 2023 (NO 17 OF 2023) - REG 41

    (1)     The owner of a dog or cat that is kept in Darwin must register it with the City.

    (2)     The City must, by resolution, determine the following:

(a)     the process for registering dogs and cats;

(b)     any grounds for refusing to register a dog or cat;

(c)     any conditions of registration;

(d)     date of expiry of a registration.
