LEGAL PROFESSION REGULATIONS (NO 9 OF 2007) - REG 76

    For section 280(3) of the Act, a report about a trust account given to the Law Society by an ADI must contain the following:

    (a)     identifying details of the account;

    (b)     the daily balances of trust money held in the account.
