Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The Minister may, by Gazette notice, make determinations in relation to:
(a) the methods of packing and stowing dangerous goods in a vessel; and
(b) the marking of dangerous goods in a vessel; and
(c) the carriage of dangerous goods in a vessel.
(2) The determination may include additional requirements where the vessel is one in which passengers are being, or are going to be, carried.
