MINERAL TITLES REGULATIONS (NO 39 OF 2011) - REG 25

A person conducting preliminary exploration commits an offence if:

(a)     the person engages in conduct; and

(b)     the conduct results in a contravention of an obligation imposed on the person by section 24(1) to (3) of the Act.

Maximum penalty:     80 penalty units.
