Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) A person is entitled to apply for the grant of an EML for any of the existing title area or existing proposed title area of an EL.
(2) A person is entitled to apply for the grant of an EML for any of the existing title area or existing proposed title area of an EMEL only with the written consent of the title holder or earlier applicant.
