Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) The holder of an ML must give the Minister a production report and reserves report, each in the approved form, within 14 days after the end of each financial year.
(2) The reports may be combined or in one document.
(3) Subregulation (1) does not apply in relation to an ML that gives the title holder the right to conduct activities in the title area that are ancillary to mining conducted under another ML granted to the title holder.
