Northern Territory Numbered Regulations Northern Territory Numbered Regulations(1) An application made under section 36(1) of the Act for an order that a decision maker provide reasons must be made by way of an initiating application and must be served on the decision maker in accordance with rule 3.
(2) The Registrar may, on acceptance of the application, appoint a date for the hearing of the application.
