ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 102
Discrimination by local government member
102 Discrimination by local government member
(1) A member of a local authority must not discriminate against another member
in the performance of official functions.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply
to discrimination on the basis of political belief or activity.
