Appeal from tribunal decision
113A Appeal from tribunal decision
(1) The commissioner, or a person with a relevant interest, may appeal, as
provided under the relevant tribunal Act, against the tribunal’s decision on
an application mentioned in section 113 .
(2) For the appeal, if the
commissioner or person was not a party to the application, the commissioner or
person is taken to have been a party to it.
