Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated ActsIf—
(a) a person requests or encourages another person to contravene the Act ; and
(b) the other person acts, or attempts to act, on the request or encouragement;both are jointly and severally civilly liable for the contravention, and a proceeding under the Act may be taken against either or both.
