Making a complaint
136 Making a complaint
A complaint must—
(a) be in writing; and
(b) set out reasonably sufficient
details to indicate an alleged contravention of the Act ; and
(c) state the
complainant’s address for service; and
(d) be lodged with, or sent by post
to, the commissioner.
