Time limit on acceptance or rejection of complaints
141 Time limit on acceptance or rejection of complaints
(1) The commissioner must decide whether to accept or reject a complaint
within 28 days of receiving the complaint.
(2) The commissioner must promptly
notify the complainant of the decision.
(3) This section applies subject to
section 141A .
