Commissioner may extend time limits
172 Commissioner may extend time limits
(1) The commissioner may extend a time limit specified in this part for the
doing of anything (whether by a party or the commissioner) if the commissioner
is of the reasonable opinion that— (a) the extension will not cause undue
hardship to any party; and
(b) there are reasonable grounds for granting the
extension.
(2) In this section, a reference to a party in relation to a
representative complaint includes a reference to a class member for the
complaint.
