ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 176
Constitution of tribunal—QCAT
176 Constitution of tribunal—QCAT
(1) This section applies to a hearing conducted by the tribunal in relation to
a complaint, if the tribunal is QCAT.
(2) Subject to section 228A , the
tribunal is constituted by a legally qualified member for conducting the
hearing.
