Interim orders protecting complainant’s interests (tribunal)
190 Interim orders protecting complainant’s interests (tribunal)
(1) This section applies if a complaint has been referred to, but not yet
determined by, the tribunal.
(2) The complainant may apply to the tribunal
for an order prohibiting a person from doing an act that might prejudice an
order the tribunal might make after a hearing.
(3) A party may apply to the
tribunal for an order varying or revoking an order made under subsection (2) .
(4) This section does not limit the tribunal’s powers under the relevant
tribunal Act.
