ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 207
Commissioner may provide investigation reports
207 Commissioner may provide investigation reports
(1) The commissioner may give the tribunal a report relating to the
investigation of a complaint which the tribunal is hearing.
(2) The report
must not contain a record of oral statements made by any person in the course
of conciliation.
(3) The tribunal must give a copy of the report to the
complainant and the respondent.
