ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 232

232 Revocation of opinion

The tribunal may revoke an opinion if—

(a) it formed the opinion on the basis of false or misleading information; or

(b) the Supreme Court or the High Court makes a contrary ruling on a question of law covered by the opinion.
