ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 239
Terms of appointment
239 Terms of appointment
(1) The commissioner is to be paid such remuneration and allowances as are
determined by the Governor in Council.
(2) The commissioner holds office on
such terms, not provided for by the Act , as are determined by the Governor in
Council.
