ANTI-DISCRIMINATION ACT 1991 - SECT 263H

263H No address for service advised
(1) This section applies if the address for service of a relevant party for a
complaint is not known— (a) because of the relevant party’s failure to
comply with a requirement for advising an address for service; or
(b) because
the relevant party is a respondent, and has not yet been notified under
section 143 .
(2) The relevant party’s address for service is taken to
be— (a) for an individual—the individual’s last known place of business
or residence; or
(b) for a body corporate—the body corporate’s head
office or its principal or registered office.
(3) For subsection (1) (a) , a
relevant party’s failure to comply with a requirement for advising an
address for service includes a respondent’s failure to advise the
commissioner of the respondent’s address for service after receiving a
notice under section 143 .
