Regulation-making power
267 Regulation-making power
(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2) A
regulation may make provision about— (a) the exercise of the
commissioner’s powers; and
(b) the fees to be paid for making a complaint
to the commission under chapter 7 .
(3) A regulation may provide that
contravention of a regulation is an offence and prescribe a maximum penalty
for the offence of not more than 20 penalty units.
