Application of s 168A to complaint accepted before commencement
275 Application of s 168A to complaint accepted before commencement
(1) This section applies to a complaint that, immediately before the
commencement, had been accepted but not finally dealt with or referred to the
tribunal.
(2) Section 168A applies to the complaint as if it had been made
after commencement.
