It is not unlawful for a person to discriminate on the basis of relationship status—
(a) in the arrangements made for deciding who should be offered work; or
(b) in deciding who should be offered work; or
(c) in the terms of work that is offered; or
(d) in failing to offer work; or
(e) in dismissing a worker;if—
(f) the work is for one of 2 positions that the person wants held concurrently by—(i) a married couple; or(ii) 2 persons each of whom is the de facto partner of the other; or(iii) 2 persons each of whom is the civil partner of the other; and
(g) the workers are required to live in accommodation supplied by the person.
