Complaints under repealed Act
155 Complaints under repealed Act
(1) This section applies to a complaint about an individual given to the
former board under the repealed Act if, before the commencement, the former
board had not appointed a person to investigate the complaint, or otherwise
dealt with, the complaint under that Act.
(2) The complaint is taken to be a
complaint under this Act.
