ARCHITECTS ACT 2002 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

(1) The following provisions of this Act commence on assent—

(a) part 1 , division 4 ;

(b) part 11 , division 2 , subdivision 1 ;

(c) section 149 ;

(d) schedule 2 .

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on 1 January 2003.
