ARCHITECTS ACT 2002 - SECT 85
Conditions of appointment
85 Conditions of appointment
(1) A member holds office— (a) on a part-time basis; and
(b) on terms, not
otherwise provided for in this Act, that are decided by the Governor in
Council.
(2) A member is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances
decided by the Governor in Council.
