140 When a person may be re-assessed
(1) This section applies to a person listed in the suitable adoptive parents
register.
(2) The chief executive may re-assess the person if— (a) the
chief executive becomes aware of further information about the person or a
member of the person’s household, or of a change in the person’s
circumstances, that may be relevant to the person’s suitability; or
(b)
because of the time that has passed since the person’s assessment, the chief
executive considers it would be appropriate to re-assess the person; or
(c)
the re-assessment is required to meet the requirements for an intercountry
adoption from a country to which the person’s current expression of interest
relates; or
(d) the chief executive is considering selecting the person under
part 7 as a child’s prospective adoptive parent but considers it would be
appropriate to first assess the person’s suitability to be an adoptive
