Queensland Consolidated Acts Queensland Consolidated Acts(1) In a proceeding, the Childrens Court may appoint a person having a special knowledge or skill to help the court.
(2) The court may act under subsection (1) on the court’s own initiative or on the application of a party to the proceeding.
