Child’s right to express views to tribunal
307K Child’s right to express views to tribunal
(1) This section applies if an adoption proceeding is about the suitability of
a person to be an adoptive parent of a particular child.
(2) Whether or not
the child appears as a witness before the tribunal, the child has the right to
express the child’s views to the tribunal about matters relevant to the
review.
